The 2006 Mardi Gras Party on Main Street was held Saturday, July 8, and featured a Kiddie King and Queen Contest and a King Cake Grand Prize. The Kiddie Queen was Esra Afenah of Staten Island (front center); the Kiddie King was Damond Brantley of Newark (front, right); and the King Cake winner was Karyn Quashie of Orange (rear, right, holding cake with Chamber President Robert Masoud).
